Volunteer Training

In addition to mobilizing volunteers, HandsOn Shanghai prides itself in effectively utilizing and managing volunteers as well as building the capacity of our local community based organizations, corporate clients, and academic partners to do the same.

In order to achieve this goal, we have developed an array of materials and training modules for each group and are regularly scheduling training and orientation sessions to deliver these materials.

Whether you’re a new volunteer, a new team leader, or part of corporate volunteers, we will help you learn more about us and about our programs, and together, we will make more contributions to our communities.
