Corporate Volunteer Coordinator

Account Executives are responsible for handling corporate client accounts. They foster the relationship between HOS and the corporate customer as well as handle any projects, accounts, or issues that might be relative to that customer. The position liaises frequently with the clientele to assure them of their importance and this helps to build the customers respect and trust in HOS.

Account Executive must know how their client’s money is spending, and what service they are receiving. They send documents, and information to reassure the customer. An executive may have a number of client accounts, he must be able to manage them effectively and prioritize the various customer tasks. If there are any concerns or developments that may affect the timeline, quality or duration of the project the executive has the responsibility to inform the customer.


  1. Provide services and assist in designing volunteer programs to corporate clients
  2. Assist in corporate partnership development
  3. Build up clients’ profile and update corporate data
  4. Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
  5. Provide good service quality control
  6. Assists in the implementation of marketing plans as needed
  7. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
  8. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned
